Construction
	Capital Projects Oversees long-range physical planning and manages campus projects from concept through construction.
Facilities and Space Management
	Facilities and Spatial Data Integration A campus data integration site for facilities-related and spatial data. Facilities Inventory Data (FDX) and Maps Shows the use of all space owned or leased by Berkeley campus units. Real Estate Services Office Assists campus departments in leasing off-campus space. Also leases campus-owned property to outside entities Seismic Action Plan for Facilities Enhancement Space Assignments & Capital Improvements (SACI) Committee Advises the campus administration on plans and policies for use of existing space and for capital improvements needed for the Berkeley campus. Space Management and Capital Programs Includes the use and assignment of campus space, planning for capital projects, and the development of the capital improvement program.
