Berkeley Dean Addresses World Bank Workshop posted November 4, 1998 Gordon Rausser, the dean of Berkeley's College of Natural Resources, will discuss "Collective Choice in Water Resource Systems" as part of a panel session at the World Bank Workshop on the Political Economy of Water Pricing Implementation, Nov. 3-5, in Washington, D.C. The workshop, an international forum for researchers,
policy makers, government officials and consultants from 20
nations, is addressing emerging social and health-related
issues concerning use and conservation of water resources.
