Topics covered will include caregiving practices, cultural beliefs and traditions in Asian-American families, as well as social service and health care resources for Asian-American elders.

The Challenges of Supervising Staff with Family Care Obligations

Participants will share approaches to adapting the work processes to meet both the needs of employees and the department. Enrollment is required.

Stress and Coping for African-Americans Working at UCB
