Boalt Hall Hosts Judging Workshop

Join judges, attorneys, legal scholars, law students and others for "Does Gender Make A Difference? An Exploration of Men's and Women's Approaches to Judging," a day-long workshop Friday, Feb. 4, at Boalt Hall on various aspects of judging today.

Jan. 24 is Deadline For Hellman Awards

The Hellman Family Faculty Fund is currently accepting applications. Awards go to assistant professors who show capacity for great distinction in their research.

This year $300,000, will be available for awards to cover research-related expense excluding salaries.

The deadline for applications is Monday, Jan. 24. Awards will be announced in mid-April.
