Paul Krugman, New York Times columnist and a professor of economics and international affairs at Princeton University. He has questioned the estimates of cost of the war and Iraq's reconstruction, as well as the wisdom of U.S. tax cuts.
The lecture is being sponsored by UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism in conjunction with the World Affairs Council.
