Location change for Friday's Prop 209 conference

Attention: Higher education reporters, legal affairs reporters

The location of the final session of a symposium on Proposition 209 sponsored by the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall) on Friday (Oct. 27) has been changed. That session, the Presidents Roundtable, will take place on the university's Clark Kerr campus, Krutch Theatre, 2601 Warring St., Berkeley.

The Presidents Roundtable will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and will include Robert Dynes, president of the UC system and chancellors Robert Birgeneau of UC Berkeley, Frances Cordova of UC Riverside and Michael V. Drake of UC Irvine. Also participating will be John Oakley, chair of the UC Academic Senate and a UC Davis professor; Christopher Edley Jr., dean of Boalt Hall, and journalists.
