Sproul Plaza was the focal point of activity for Cal Day 2007 on Saturday, April 21. The buzz and excitement radiated across the UC Berkeley campus, where classrooms, labs, museums, and sports facilities were packed with visitors. The day started with a welcome in Haas Pavilion for some 6,000 newly admitted students and their families, special guests at the annual open house.
