Clarissa Daniels, a certified teacher of the body work known as the Alexander Method, demonstrates the head/neck relationship at a Health*Matters workshop at Tang Center. For those who were unable to attend the Jan. 22 session, the free class will be offered again Feb. 25. Health*Matters' mind/body movement series also includes classes in Feldenkrais Method, yoga and tai chi. To enroll call 643-4646. Daniels will teach a noon-hour Alexander Method class on Fridays, starting Jan. 29, at CalFIT. To register call 643-5151.
