Photo: Stunning Scenes of Nature on Display at Mulford
Posted March 31, 1999
Since the 1930s, Paul Zinke, '42, professor emeritus of forestry, has taken stunning photos of nature, including this panoramic view of the Sierra Nevada range as seen from the Alabama Hills.
His digitized, colorized versions of some of these photos are on display through spring semester at the Mulford Gallery, located on Mulford Hall's first floor, overlooking Pat Brown's Grill. Scenes depicted include an aerial view of Mt. Shasta and a lodgepole pine tree blasted by ice.
