WHAT
"The Next President and the Courts," a panel discussion on the major legal issues that the next U.S. president will face. It is being co-sponsored by the University of California, Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies and the UC Berkeley School of Law.

This event is part of the institute's ongoing series of forums, which began last fall, called "Choosing the President: Campaigning and Governing in War and Peace." For more information on the complete series go to: http://www.igs.berkeley.edu/events/president2008/index.
